FAQ

Which AI tools do you train and use?
We're tool-neutral. Most engagements cover Claude, Google Gemini, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Midjourney, and workflow automation tools like n8n and Zapier. We recommend the right tool for YOUR business — not what we resell.
Can you deliver on-site at our office?
Yes. Workshops and Check-Up interviews can be run at your office in Hong Kong or at our training space. AI Coach is delivered hybrid — mostly remote with on-site monthly check-ins for Coach clients.
How do you handle our data and confidentiality?
NDAs are signed before any engagement begins. We never use client data to train any public models. For the Check-Up, we only handle the information you share during interviews — no raw data exports required.
Can I combine services?
Absolutely — and we recommend it. Most clients start with a Check-Up, then run a targeted Workshop for the department we identified, and finally put AI Coach in place to sustain momentum. Bundle discounts available on request.
What if my team has very little AI experience?
That's the most common case. Our workshops assume no prior experience and ramp up quickly — we've trained Hong Kong executives since 2009. The Check-Up doesn't require any AI knowledge at all; we'll meet you where you are.
How fast can you start?
For the Check-Up, usually within 1-2 weeks of kickoff. Workshops typically schedule 3-4 weeks out. AI Coach can start on the 1st of the following month. Rush engagements possible on request.
