What you'll achieve:

Payment Terms:
50% Upon Order Confirmation, 50% Upon Project Completion
- Validity: 30 days
- Project Timeline: Expected launch date March 1, 2026
- Includes 30 days of post-launch support and bug fixes
- All work to be carried out during normal office hours, 9:30am-6:30pm, Monday-Friday
- Cloud infrastructure costs (Firebase, Google Cloud) billed separately based on actual usage
- Costs incurred from any extension of the project scope or change requests will need to be separately negotiated
Intellectual Property & Licensing:
- Ownership: All source code, designs, documentation, and deliverables developed under this project shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of Master Concept (Hong Kong) Limited
- Client License: Upon full payment, Client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, operate, and modify the deliverables for the purposes of the Shave for Hope campaign
- Portfolio & Marketing Rights: Master Concept (Hong Kong) Limited and Google Cloud retain the right to use the project, including screenshots, descriptions, case studies, and demonstrations, for portfolio, marketing, promotional, and showcase purposes
- Third-Party Components: The project may incorporate open-source libraries and third-party services, which remain subject to their respective licenses
